The views from the sitting room were absolutely spectacular, and the farm animals in the adjoining field added a peaceful and entertaining touch. The cottage itself was well equipped and comfortable, with underfloor heating that must be cozy in the cooler months. The towels were large and fluffy, and the complimentary eggs, milk, and butter were a lovely surprise. The provided cafetière and teapot were a nice touch. Parking was excellent, and communication with the host was always friendly and efficient.

The reception area could have been better marked, as it was a bit confusing to find amongst the buildings. the welcome could have been more welcoming, as no one came to greet us or check if we needed anything during our stay.

Silver Birch Cottage is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a large walk-in shower with two shower heads. The bed is comfy with white linen and there's plenty of very hot water. The cottage is beautifully decorated and feels like a home away from home. The location was ideal for attending the Goodwood Revival.

The staff, especially Emma, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even giving us a lift when we had taxi troubles. I loved everything about this place and would definitely return.
